Everton and Azimut identify a continuous geophysical anomaly over a 1.7-km gold bearing trend at Opinaca
Everton Resources Inc. (TSX-V:EVR) (�Everton�) and its partner Azimut
Exploration Inc.
(TSX-V:AZM)(�Azimut�) announce the results of a 30 line-km induced polarization
(I.P.) geophysical survey performed on the Opinaca property (A Block) in James
Bay, Quebec.
This survey was carried out to follow-up a gold bearing trend along which gold
values from selected samples returned up to 29.07 g/t Au and 50.9 g/t Au (press
releases of November 21, 2005 and January 24, 2006).
The survey identifies a strong and continuous I.P. anomaly showing an excellent
spatial correlation with the mineralized outcrops defining the 1.7-km long gold
bearing trend. This I.P. anomaly also continues 1.2 km to the west and 0.5 km to
the east for a total length of 3.4 km. If related to gold mineralization, this
I.P. anomaly could indicate the presence of an extensive mineralized zone. Two
other parallel 700-m long I.P. anomalies were also outlined 300 m north of the
3.4-km anomaly.
Potential of these shallow-depth I.P. anomalies will be extensively assessed by
a surface rock sampling program, which will start late May. This will optimize
the implementation of a diamond drilling program planned to start mid-summer.
The I.P. survey was conducted by TMC Geophysics of Val d�Or, Quebec, using a
time-domain system and a 25-meter dipole-dipole array, N=1 to 6. The
interpretation was performed by G�rard Lambert Geosciences of St-Andr�-Avellin,
Quebec.
Everton can earn up to 65% interest in the project from Azimut upon the delivery
of a bankable feasibility study. Everton is the operator.

Ce lev� a �t� entrepris afin de poursuivre l��valuation d�un corridor min�ralis� le long duquel des valeurs allant jusqu�� 29,07 g/ t Au et 50,9 g/t Au ont �t� obtenues (communiqu�s de presse du 21/11/05 et du 24/01/06).
Le lev� identifie une anomalie P.P, forte et continue, montrant une excellente corr�lation spatiale avec les affleurements min�ralis�s d�finissant le corridor aurif�re de 1,7 km de long. Cette anomalie P.P. se poursuit �galement sur une distance de 1,2 km vers l�ouest et 0,5 km vers l�est pour une longueur totale de 3,4 km. Si cette anomalie P.P. �tait reli�e � la min�ralisation aurif�re, cela pourrait indiquer la pr�sence d�une zone min�ralis�e significative. Deux autres anomalies P.P. parall�les de 700 m de long ont �t� �galement identifi�es 300 m au nord de l�anomalie de 3,4 km de long.
Le potentiel de ces anomalies P.P., pr�sentes � faible profondeur, sera �valu� de fa�on tr�s d�taill�e par un programme d��chantillonnage de roches en surface qui d�butera � la fin du mois de mai. Ce programme permettra d�optimiser la planification d�un programme de forage dont le commencement est pr�vu au cours de l��t�.
Le lev� a �t� r�alis� par G�ophysique TMC de Val d�Or, Qu�bec, en utilisant un syst�me dans le domaine du temps avec un �talement dip�le-dip�le de 25 m�tres, N=1 � 6. L�interpr�tation a �t� r�alis�e par G�rard Lambert G�osciences de St-Andr�-Avellin, Qu�bec.
