Everton to proceed to a second year option on the Opinaca Project, in James Bay, Quebec.
New assay results confirm the high gold values on the 1.7-km long gold trend
Everton Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EVR) is pleased to announce that it will participate in
a second year option on the A, A-East, B and B-North blocks of the Opinaca Project, held
by Azimut Exploration Inc. The Opinaca Project is adjacent to the Virginia�s Eleonore Gold
discovery, in James Bay, Quebec, recently acquired by Goldcorp Inc.
Everton plans to spend a minimum of $900,000 in exploration work on the project in 2006.
Very encouraging results were obtained during the 2005 exploration program, in particular,
the discovery of a 1.7-km long gold bearing trend (press release of Nov. 21, 2005).
The work program will be aimed at accessing the 1.7-km gold bearing trend, its western and
eastern extensions and other prospective areas outlined during the 2005 program. Work planned
to start in March will include soil geochemistry, ground geophysics, trenching and drilling.
In addition, check assays performed in a laboratory (Chimitec ALS-Chemex, Val d�Or, Qu�bec) on
several witness samples, confirmed the results previously released in November 2005 (assayed
at Laboratoire Expert Inc., Rouyn-Noranda, Qu�bec). Values higher than 0.5 g/t Au obtained along
the gold bearing trend are as follows: 21.8 g/t Au, 7.44 g/t Au, 3.55 g/t Au, 0.75 g/t Au,
50.9 g/t Au, 0.59 g/t Au, 1.32 g/t Au and 4.25 g/t Au.
The Opinaca Project (blocs A, A-East, B and B-North) is comprised of 616 claims (623 km2).
Azimut holds a 100% interest in Opinaca and Everton has the option to earn up to 65% in
the project. Everton is the operator.

ann�e d�option sur les blocs A, A-Est , B et B-Nord du projet Opinaca, d�tenus par Exploration
Azimut Inc. Le projet Opinaca est adjacent � la propri�t� �l�onore qui contient la d�couverte
aurif�re de Roberto. Goldcorp Inc. a r�cemment fait l�acquisition de la propri�t� �l�onore de
Mines d�Or Virginia Inc.
En 2006, Everton investira un minimum de $900,000 en travaux d�exploration sur le projet. Au
cours du programme 2005, des r�sultats encourageants ont �t� obtenus, en particulier avec la
d�couverte d�un corridor min�ralis� de 1,7 km de long (communiqu� 21/11/2005).

Par ailleurs, des analyses de v�rification r�alis�es dans un deuxi�me laboratoire (Chimitec

annonc�s en novembre 2005 (analys�s au laboratoire Expert Inc., Rouyn-Noranda, Qu�bec). Les
valeurs sup�rieures � 0,5 g/t Au obtenues le long du corridor min�ralis� sont de: 21,8 g/t Au,
