André Audet: Chairman and CEO
Mr. Audet was formerly Vice-President at Nesbitt Burns/BMO Specializing in private
portfolios and mining investments from 1989-1999; he was also an Investment
Dealer at Midland Doherty and Royal Trust from 1987-1989. Mr. Audet graduated
with a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Ottawa.
Marc Carbonneau: Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Carbonneau is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience as
a controller in small and medium size companies. Mr. Carbonneau has extensive
experience in internal controls, budgeting and production of financial statements.
Marc L'Heureux: Vice-President of Exploration and Acquisitions
Over the past 18 years, Mr. L'Heureux has been involved in designing, implementing
and managing exploration and acquisition programs with several mining companies.
Todd Opalick: Manager Investor Relations
Mr.Opalick was formerly a Vice-President & Branch
Manager of Yorkton Securities and First Associates Investments from 1999 - 2005.
He was also a Financial Advisor for Midland Walwyn and Merrill Lynch Canada
from 1994 - 1999. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI),
a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics
from Simon Fraser University and a Honours Bachelor's Degree in Economics from
the University of Manitoba.
John Paterson: Director
Mr. Paterson is a mining engineer who brings with him a diversity of experience
with both major and junior mining companies. As President and CEO of Aurogin
Resources Ltd., Mr Paterson oversees a number of active exploration projects
in Guatemala as well as in Canada. Mr. Paterson also serves on the Board of
Sparton Resources Inc., McVicar Resources Inc., and Consolidated Thompson-Lundmark
Gold Mines Ltd. And is a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association
of Canada.
Brooke Macdonald: Director
Brooke Macdonald is Vice-President Legal Affairs & Secretary of Skye Resources Inc. (TSX-SKR). He has more than 18 years experience in the mining industry, specializing in exploration and mine development joint ventures in Latin America, as legal counsel and as Placer Dome’s country manager in Venezuela. He is knowledgeable in corporate and mining law in North and Latin America, is a member of the New York Bar, and earned his law degree from Queen’s University in Ontario.
Alain Krushnisky: Director
Mr. Krushnisky is a chartered accountant with more that 10 years of experience
as a financial executive for a mid-tier gold producer based in Canada. Mr. Krushnisky
has significant experience at the corporate finance level having participated,
during his tenure with the gold mining company, in a number of M&A; activities
and in a significant financial restructuring as Vice-President responsible for
all finance-related activities.
Ian MacLean: Director
Mr. MacLean began his career in 1996 with Nevsun Resources. From 1999 to 2001
he was involved as an executive of the predecessor company to Everton Resources.
In 2001 he joined Bema Gold Corporation as the Manager of Investor Relations
and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Everton Resources and Rolling
Rock Resources. Mr. MacLean has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University
in Ottawa ON, Canada.
