EVERTON STARTS SUMMER WORK PROGRAM ON OPINACA AND WILDCAT PROJECTS IN THE JAMES BAY REGION OF QUEBEC
Everton Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EVR) is pleased to announce that the 2006 summer work program has started on its Opinaca and Wildcat projects, as well as on six other projects situated in the James Bay region of Quebec.
The work on the Opinaca property will be comprised of two phases, both of which will be done simultaneously. The first phase of work will consist of follow-up rock and channel sampling on the 1.7 km-long gold bearing trend, the results of which ranged up to 50.9 g/t gold on outcrops. The ground geophysical work, by induced polarization, done this past winter on the gold bearing trend showed good correlation between the high gold values and the geophysical anomalies. It also showed the possibility that the gold bearing corridor might be extended to a length of 3.4 km. The goal of this first phase of work is to generate targets for drilling scheduled to begin in July 2006.
The second phase will consist of a systematic prospecting follow-up and till and soil sampling on lake-bottom anomalies, as well as other mineralized indicators on the following projects: Opinaca, Wildcat, Pine Hill, Sakami, Star Lake, Conviac, Wapamisk and Eastmain.
The work will be done by helicopter support from the base camp located on the Opinaca project. Everton has an option to acquire up to 65% interest in the Opinaca project from Azimut Exploration Inc., but holds 100% interest in the other above mentioned projects.
In other news, Everton has granted 220,000 stock options of which 200,000 have been granted to certain officers and 20,000 have been granted to certain employees. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe one common share of the Company at a price of $1.10 per share for a five-year period.

EVERTON DEBUTE LES TRAVAUX D��T� SUR LES PROJETS OPINACA ET WILDCAT, BAIE JAMES, QUEBEC
Everton Resources Inc. (EVR.Croissance TSX) est heureuse d�annoncer le d�but des travaux de terrain pour la saison d��t� 2006 sur les projets Opinaca et Wildcat, ainsi que sur six autres projets situ�s � la Baie James, au Qu�bec.
Les travaux sur le projet Opinaca comprendront deux volets qui seront r�alis�s simultan�ment. Le premier consistera en un suivi par �chantillonnage et rainurage sur le corridor aurif�re de 1,7 km de long qui avait donn� des r�sultats allant jusqu�� 50,9 g/t d�or en affleurement (communiqu� du 24 janvier 2006).
Les travaux de g�ophysique au sol (polarisation provoqu�e) r�alis�s au cours de l�hiver sur le corridor aurif�re, montraient une bonne corr�lation entre les hautes valeurs aurif�res et les anomalies g�ophysiques, ainsi que des extensions possibles du corridor sur une longueur de 3,4 km. Ce premier volet a pour but de pr�parer les forages qui sont planifi�s pour le mois de juillet.
Le deuxi�me volets des travaux consistera en un suivi systh�matique par prospection, et �chantillonnage de till et de sol sur les anomalies de fond de lac et autres indices min�ralis�s sur les projets Opinaca, Wildcat, ainsi que les projets Pine Hill, Sakami, Star Lake, Conviac, Wapamisk et Eastmain.
Les travaux seront r�alis�s par support h�liport� � partir d�un camp de base situ� sur le projet Opinaca, d�tenu par Exploration Azimut Inc, et dont Everton y a l�option d�acqu�rir jusqu�� 65% d�int�r�t. Tous les autre projets sont d�tenus � 100% par Everton.
Par ailleurs, Everton a octroy� 220 000 option d�achat d�actions, desquelles 200 000 ont �t� attribu�es � certains officiers et 20 000 ont �t� attribu�es � certains employ�s. Chaque option d�achat d�actions permet � son d�tenteur de souscrire une (1) action ordinaire de la Compagnie au prix de $1.10 l�action pour une p�riode de 5 ans.
