EVERTON RESOURCES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF 400,000 OPTIONS
Everton Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EVR) announces that on November 28, 2006 the company granted a total of 400,000 stock options of which 200,000 have been granted to an officer, 75,000 have been granted to a director, 75,000 have been granted to staff and 50,000 have been granted to a consultant. Each stock option entitles the holder to subscribe for one common share of the company at a price of $1.30 per share for a five year period.
Everton Resources is actively exploring in the Opinaca region of James Bay, Quebec where Everton Resources has amassed one of the largest land claims adjacent to the Eleonore gold discovery, and where Goldcorp Inc. (NYSE:GG, TSX:G) is proposing to spend several hundreds of millions of dollars developing its recent property acquisition. Everton Resources is also actively drilling in the Dominican Republic adjacent to where the world’s largest gold mining company, Barrick Gold (NYSE/TSX:ABX), is partnering with Goldcorp to develop the 15 million ounce Pueblo Viejo gold deposit, one of the world’s largest undeveloped gold deposits, at an estimated cost of $1.4 billion.

Le 28 novembre, 2006, Everton Resources Inc. a octroyé un total de 400 000 options d’achat d’actions, desquels 200 000 ont été octroyées à un officier, 75 000 à un directeur, 75 000 au personnel et 50 000 à un consultant. Chaque option donne droit à son détenteur de souscrire à une (1) action ordinaire de la Compagnie à un prix de 1,30 $ par action pour une période de cinq ans.
Everton Resources explore activement dans le secteur Opinaca, à la Baie-James au Québec, où Everton Resources détient l’une des plus vastes positions de terrain adjacentes à la découverte aurifère d’Éléonore, et où Goldcorp inc. (NYSE : GG, TSX : G) se propose d’investir plusieurs centaines de millions de dollars pour le développement de cette récente acquisition.
