Trenching Program underway in The Dominican Republic

Everton Resources Inc. (EVR.TSXV) (�Everton�) is pleased to announce that the summer exploration field program has commenced on the Bayaguana Group of properties, in the Dominican Republic.  The 10-trench program is designed to investigate a 2.5km x 1.2km gold-in-soil anomaly on its Trinidad concession as well as test geophysical anomalies and structures coincidence with rock samples that returned anomalous gold values as reported in Everton�s press release of May 21, 2003.
 
A soil-sampling program was undertaken on the eastern part of the Rincon Abajo concession and in the western extension of the gold soil anomaly on Trinidad.  This program is to follow up a mapping program that exhibits strong argillic and silica-altered rocks, similar to those observed on the Trinidad concession and in the Pueblo District. The significance of the alteration is the similarities to the Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine held by Placer Dome which contains 16M ounces of remaining resources in sulphide ore.
